Conference participants also may attend the Pre-Conference Workshop at no additional cost. In order to guarantee a place in the workshop, conference participants must register by September 1st, after which time, workshop registration will be open to non-conference participants and seats will be on a space-available, first-come-first-served basis.

Workshop Details

The "DOT Right-of-way Plan Interpretation" workshop will be conducted by Tom Hepler, (credentials here). The workshop will cover... Participants will receive a copy of... The workshop will be held in the Auditorium of the Sheraton Imperial--RTP.


Workshop Schedule

The workshop is composed of two half-day sessions, Tuesday (October 10th) from 1pm to 5pm and Wednesday (October 11th) from 8am to 12noon. Attendance at both sessions is required to receive full credit. Partial credit will be allowed for attendance at either of the two sessions, but attendance at both is recommended. The entire workshop is worth 8 hours of continuing education credit for NCPMA and State-Certified Property Mapper programs. Surveyors will receive ___ credits for the workshop.

Hotel Accomodations

The NCPMA has reserved a block of guest rooms at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center (pictured above) in Research Triangle Park, NC. Guest room reservations are the individual responsibility of conference attendees. To make your reservations, call the hotel directly at (919) 941-5050 or Sheraton Central Reservations at (800) 325-3535 and be sure to identify yourself as an NCPMA conference attendee to receive the group rate of $109.00 per night (plus 13% in sales and occupancy taxes) for single or double standard occupancy accomodations.
The group rate will be offered until September 11, 2005. After that date, accomodations will be subject to room and rate availability. It is strongly suggested that you make your room reservations early, as October is the busiest month of the year at this property.
